The Evolution of Destiny Rising

Tess Denton is a successful, diverse and highly creative communication professional who engages creativity and humor to help individuals and companies manage change, set direction, expand their revenue base and achieve their goals. Tess has worked for and with leading non-profit and for-profit companies in a number of industries. What many of these companies have in common is that they are mission and vision driven organizations or organizations in the midst of significant change and growth. With experience in human capital management, higher education administration, training and development, marketing, sales, recruitment and business ownership, Tess brings a broad range of knowledge to her projects. In addition to her industry experience, Tess studied Improvisational Comedy at Players Workshop and Second City Training Center. Her formal training led to work with multiple improvisation groups focused on improved business communication and team building. Tess is excited to blend her creative and industry experience in her consulting, training and workshops.
